The true story of the Nigerian Youth and their interactions with and their use of technology especially IT/ICTs have been left largely unattended. And the stories we hear are of the negative use to which a number of them have committed to. Is there a better story? representing the true state of things? And capable of promoting more positive uses and stimulating decision makers to paty attention to factors that promote access to IT resources in an enabling environment?

Those are the questions for which I seek answers with the research and writting effort temporarily tagged:
